Consultation cancellation
Scheduled consultations may be cancelled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, and sessions missed without notice, may be charged in full because the time is reserved for you.
Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to available times. One courtesy reschedule inside the 48-hour window may be offered where circumstances are outside your control.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available as follows:
- Services purchased but not yet started, and cancelled before scheduling or work begins: full refund
- Consultations cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice: full refund
- Consultations cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed: generally non-refundable
- Multi-week engagements cancelled after work has started: refund of fees for work not yet performed, calculated to the cancellation date
- Completed services and delivered written deliverables: non-refundable
Customized and quoted services
Quoted engagements may include a non-refundable deposit to reserve consultant time. Where that applies, it is stated in the written scope you approve before payment.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Contact us by email at support@bluepeakhardware.com or by phone at +1 (815) 255-6750 with your order reference. We confirm all cancellations and refund decisions in writing.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Dissatisfaction with recommendations
If you believe an engagement did not deliver what was agreed in the written scope, contact us. We will review the scope against what was delivered and, where we have not met it, complete the work or refund the affected portion. Because consulting is advisory, disagreement with a recommendation is not by itself grounds for a refund.
