Client responsibilities
- Complete the intake questionnaire before the session
- Provide accurate background information about the business
- Attend the scheduled session or reschedule in advance

Cancellation terms
Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged in full. Multi-week engagements are billed for work completed to the cancellation date. Full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Yes. Up to three participants from your business may attend the session.
Will I receive a full strategy document?
This engagement includes a session summary, not a full written strategy. Extended strategy work can be quoted separately.
